ciao vi segnalo questo link ad un database sugli ingredienti cosmetici messo su dalla commissione europea. Non è immediato come il biodizionario però magari può tornare utile

CosIng is the European Commission database with information on cosmetic ingredients contained in the:

- "Cosmetics Directive" 76/768/EEC (Cosmetics Directive), as amended;
- Inventory of Cosmetic Ingredients, as amended; and
- Opinions on cosmetic ingredients of the Scientific Committee on Consumer Products.

CosIng also allows for search for the relevant CAS, ELINCS or EINECS numbers.
