Case in legno americane e Termiti
Inviato: mer apr 15, 2009 9:05 am
Ciao a tutti,
"Our house is wood with a stone foundation. One big problem that wood homes can have is termite infestation, since the termites can basically eat your house if they are allowed to go unchecked. Fortunately, we have not had that problem here (yet), but it is always a possibilty that we should keep in our minds. If we suspected termites, we would want an exterminator to treat the house right away. The only other thing I can say is that wood homes get damaged, or rather suffer wear and tear from harsh weather conditions. After this long and harsh winter, we have noticed that our paint is peeling in big chunks ! We will certainly need to think about painting it or having vinyl siding put on over the wood. "
GRAZIE
